•  A new service was being launched for internal users and there needed to be a way to simply and quickly communicate what it was about.

• The new service is partially managed via a web app, and involves sending out a variety of notification emails to users. Not all users of the app nor email recipients were expected to be technologically savvy, so there was a need to make the app and emails as user-friendly as possible.
